The space in which we were invited to design the 'Let it minimal Residence' is located in a central location in the village of Aianteion with direct access to a supermarket, basic necessities, school, pharmacy and recreational areas.
The plot on which the residence is built has an area of 205 sq.m., is sloping, which provides an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Aianteion from the terrace of the house, and finally the neighboring buildings are characterized by a low height (maximum 2 floors), leaving a living space for the residence around the perimeter of the property.
The great advantage of the above project is that one can simultaneously combine the natural environment with the central location and direct access to needs and goods.
